If your address or name should change, please notify the Office of Admissions and Enrolment as soon as possible. If you have only notified your department or other offices of your address change, we will not be made aware these changes because due to data protection reasons, your data may not be shared between departments.


Changes we have not been made aware of will result in undeliverable mail. You might possibly receive your student ID with VBB public transport billet too late or not at all, and there is a charge for issuing replacements.

Failing to notify us of any name changes also leads to false documents at the Examination Office and can make it somewhat impossible to properly allocate your marks and scores.
