Core Tasks of the Office of Admissions and Enrolment Wordle

Throughout the entire duration of your studies at HTW, the competent staff of the Office of Admissions and Enrolment will be available to help you with any questions regarding admissions and enrolment, from reporting back for the upcoming term to leaving the university.

Here you can file applications for exeat, get a replacement for lost student ID cards or obtain additional certificates of registration, notify changes of your address, file applications for guest or auditing students, and much more.

Special Closing TimesDear Applicants, The Office of Admissions and Enrolment is closed in the time from 16 July 2013 until and including 19 August 2013. In this period of time we are processing your applications and carry out the admission procedures for ca. 60 study programmes.

During closure time please refrain from making any inquiries regarding the status of your application. You can find all relevant information on the current status of your application by means of the online backup inquiry
(An English language version of the backup inquiry will be generated, if you click on the British flag.)

In very urgent cases you may contact our Students Service Center which is open from Monday until Friday then. The opening hours and a contact form are available on our homepage: Student Service Center
