Social and Psychological Counselling
The "Studentenwerk" (student services) of Berlin offers free social counselling as well as psychological or psychotherapeutic counselling for students, also in English. You can find more information here:

Counselling Services from AStA
"AStA", the student union, offers counselling support for students in all matters pertaining to their studies. It also runs the semester ticket office and issues the International Student Identity Card (ISIC).
