Human-Machine Communication

The Human-Machine Communication Competence Centre is primarily committed to interdisciplinary research and development work as well as the anthromorphisation of communication between humans and machines in the scope of international collaborative projects. The focal points of research and work include:
  • 3D computer graphics
  • Image and video processing
  • Information systems
  • Restoration of photos, film and data carriers

Cooperation and service offers:

  • Overcoming technical problems in human-machine communication
  • Conception and development of new user interfaces such as 3D desktops or virtual spaces
  • Development and adaptation of new technologies and communication forms to existing applications for creating new application areas, e.g. new forms of browsing or visual representation for complex information and data retrieval.
