The Student Services Department offers various services for applicants and students.
In order to improve the quality of our service, we have set up this platform for you.

Our aim is to quickly and satisfactorily answer as many of your enquires as possible by email.

Student Service Center

If you want to reach us personally, please come during the opening times in the Student Service Center on the campus Treskowallee in Room 040 in the main building.

Two employees and students works every day in the Student Service Center to answer your questions. Applicants, students, workers and visitors of the HTW can get information and services provided. Inquiries and orders are passed to the right place.

Examination Issues and Current Progress

You have questions regarding your list of accredited modules and grades?
You require specialist advice regarding exam registration?
You wish to apply for permission to begin your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis?You require an interim grade transcript, Bachelor’s or Master’s grade transcripts or certificates?
