EXCEPTION: GRADUATES FROM UNIVERSITIES IN GERMANY

If you completed your first academic degree at a university in Germany, you do not have to apply via uni-assist. Instead, you can apply directly at HTW Berlin by filling in an online application on our homepage and submit paper copies of your application documents directly to HTW Berlin. Both must be done within the application periods specified above.

Go to the online Application Form (an English language version of the form will be generated by clicking on the British flag).

After successful completion of this online application form, you will automatically receive an applicant number, you will be asked to download a list of documents and you will receive the postal address to which those documents have to be submitted. Please write your applicants number on the paper copies and send them to our postal address (do not send any documents by e-mail!). Your application documents must be received at HTW before the ending of the application deadlines, otherwise your application will be excluded from the admission procedure.

Your contact address
When filling in the online application, you will be asked for a contact address. Please give a valid address in Germany. The admission/rejection letters are being sent out by regular mail to the postal address you enter in the online application form. Experience shows that postal delivery to addresses abroad may take several weeks. The acceptance of a study place, however, is subject to fixed deadlines which you may not be able to meet because of the lenghty and complicated postal delivery to your foreign address. If you still enter a foreign address, you do so on your own risk and should be aware that in this case it is solely up to you to check the status of your application by means of the online backup inquiry at regular intervals to avoid missing the acceptance deadlines.

Attention! Each applicant can only have ONE valid online application at a time. Each time you fill in a new online application, your previous applications and application numbers will automatically be deleted from our system, and only your latest application and application number will remain valid.
